The Bio-acoustic Gleaner, is a wearable system designed for portability and collection of data. It carries an audio recorder, hydrophones and contact microphones to collect sound waves from trees, soil and water, and has pockets for branches to support wind and water current visualisation silks. It has a pocket for an infrasonic mouth ring that transfers vibrations, gleaned from tree sensors, to the mouth cavity and inner ear.
